In order to keep your cost down and our pricing simple, we provide Free Ground Shipping on everything within the Continental United States. We won’t surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see is the price you pay. We keep it simple—our pricing is straightforward and all-inclusive, which saves you time and energy.

Order Processing

To provide you with the greatest selection on the Internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items may require more time, some up to 3 business days. Most (around 80-90%) of our products are shipped within 24-48 hours. Some will require 2-3 business days. We will notify you if it takes longer than three business days to ship your item. We understand the importance of shipping an item on time and we take it seriously.

Transit Time

Most of our products ship via FedEx or UPS, so you can be sure that your order is getting to you as quickly as possible. Items sent via our free ground shipping service typically arrive in 3-7 business days; however, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. During the holiday season, or other busy times of the year, some shipments may require more time to arrive.

Our expedited 2nd Day and Next Day shipping services ensure you get your order when you need it. These options are more expensive because they require air transport and special processing. Please note that standard order processing times still apply and rates are quoted on a per-item basis. If you have any questions about these services, please don't hesitate to contact customer service.

Certain TV Stands, Entertainment Centers, and Large Orders

Because of their significant size and weight, certain TV stands, entertainment centers, and large orders (e.g., multiple units) are not eligible for standard expedited shipping rates. However, we can arrange for 2nd Day or Next Day delivery. Please call customer service for a shipping quote and to place your order.
